Speedy's is not responsible for the contents or the condition of the vehicle after the auction is concluded. Speedy's is also not responsible for any accidents or injuries during or after the auction and we hold the right to refuse service and bids to anyone for any reason. There is no warranty offered to anyone for any auctioned car or property. all bids are final and must be paid by 3pm that day, if not paid in full Speedy's will reserve the right to refuse service to future auctions Speedy's can file for Title 42 for a title to your vehicle purchased. The fee starts at $75 per vehicle. processing time can typically take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks and sometimes longer. all bidders accept the risk that approvals on title 42 can be turned down by the state of Oklahoma. The title 42 is not guaranteed and all accept that risk. the vehicle is stills yours and Speedy's holds no claim or responsibility to it.
